June Hagen, Ph.D., M.F.T., C.D.M.S., A.B.V.E., has been a vocational counselor since 1986 and a Vocational Expert since 1992. She has provided expert opinion and testimony on Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Age Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Wrongful Death, Race Discrimination, Spousal/ Child Support, Worker’s Compensation and FELA cases. She has been qualified as an expert witness in Superior, Federal and Family courts in 3 different states. Dr. Hagen is comfortable testifying in depositions, arbitrations and trials. She relates well to jurors and judges. She serves as a Vocational Expert with the Social Security Administration.
Dr. Hagen performs a very thorough record review, a personal interview and testing as appropriate, and a transferable skills analysis. After analyzing the individual’s past work, education, personal information, and skills, appropriate jobs are researched, if indicated. Dr. Hagen performs labor market research by, not only reviewing statistics, but by contacting employers directly to verify job information and appropriateness. All information is synthesized into opinions regarding employability, earning capacity, mitigation of damages.
